Cancellations
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. If you are unable to send a substitute, we will make a refund less a service charge of 15% (excl. VAT) of the fee for cancellation received in writing no later than 4 November 2008. If we receive your cancellation after 4 November 2008 we regret that no refunds can be made.
