Cancellations

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Do you want to cancel your registration? This can be done up to one month before the event. We will make a refund less a service charge of € 175,- (excl. VAT). In case you cancel your registration within one month before the event, we cannot make a refund.
